
After achieving scientific maturity at the Giacomo-Ulivi highschool in Parma she was enrolled in the fashion course at the Istituto Europeo di Design Milan for one year prior to completing her studies. In 2008, Benedetta Mazza was noticed by the Miss Italia regional selector, who encouraged her to participate in the beauty contest. The result is that she is crowned Miss Liceo Parma and Miss Cinema Emilia Romagna. She is also ranked fifth in Miss Italia 2008. After the competition, she poses for Just Simpa's charitable calendar, to raise money for the Associazione Volontari dell'Ospedale dei Bambini and is given a tiny role in Federico Moccia's film Amore 14. She is one of the four "professorsin the show L'eredita. Enrica Pintore and Cristina Buccino are her co-professors. In 2010 she was the godmother to the Women's Six Nations Championship tournament. She also appeared in an episode about Identity as an unidentified character. In 2012, she appeared on the pages of Intimita's section dedicated fashion. In an episode on I Cesaroni she played Chantal she was the assistant to Rocco Sanfredi. Gulp Girl was her television show on Rai Gulp. She also hosted the show from November 2012 until February 2016. She also hosted two special prime-time programs on Rai YoYo's Zecchino d'Oro's spring 2013 Zecchino d'Oro's March 19 Festa Del Papa as well as May 13's La Festa of Mamma.
